A Unique workpiece clamping & locating technology - Hydraulic Expansion Technology. Due to the elasticity of the steel, when uniform pressure is applied to steel membrane it expands or contracts and regains its original shape when pressure is removed.
This concept is used for clamping or locating the components on the Outer diameter or in Inner diameter. In this clamping system, there will be no moving or sliding elements present & hence no backlash, no clearances. The clamping membrane will have complete surface contact along the length & circumference. Perfect location is possible as the locating clearance between the workpiece & the clamping arbor will be nullified due to expansion. With the located axis as reference the relative tolerances will be acheived to the highest repeatable precision.
